- When will my order ship?
- Apparel is made to order and typically enters production within 1–2 business days, then ships with tracking. You will receive shipping and tracking updates by email.
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in original condition. Full details are on the Returns & Exchanges page.
- How does the ambassador program work?
- Approved ambassadors get a personal referral link and discount code, earn commission on attributed sales, and advance through tiers. Apply from the Ambassadors page.
- How do the sizes run?
- Our tees and pump covers are designed with an oversized fit; hoodies are relaxed. See the Size Guide for measurements.
